    Super good waterproof eyeliner

    I have been tried many waterproof eyeliners, but the Vicci waterproof eyeliner is the best. It stays on the both eyelids, and also stays on both water liners too. I really enjoy it and love it, and I will buy it again in the future, it's very worth.

    Good staying power!

    I’ve tried many eyeliners. I really like this one. Stays on well on the lid and on the waterline area.i don’t like liquid liners as they tend to look too harsh on me. This pencil is worth trying!
